Ambassadors of Reconciliation
Faith, Race, and Our City
Nov. 3, 2013 – Nov. 24, 2013
As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to work to bring about God’s good desires for our world. The Apostle Paul described us as Christ’s ambassadors, telling us that “God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ… gave us the ministry of reconciliation”. If we are to live up this calling in Rochester, we must strive for racial reconciliation. This challenging idea will be our topic during the month of November.
