Advent and Christmas Eve 2016
Nov. 27, 2016 – Dec. 24, 2016
Advent is a season of anticipation and waiting. This year, we anticipate the coming of Christmas and the return of Christ in prayer, discernment, and confession. Our series concludes with one of Artisan’s signature Immersed worship experiences and a joyous Christmas Eve celebration.

Looking for Jesus: Prayer
- Pastor Scott Austin

Listen
When we learn of the Advent of Jesus, we respond in prayer. Our prayer may be joyful, mournful, or even full of doubt. But we pray.

-
Looking for Jesus: Discernment
- Pastor Scott Austin
-
Listen
Noticing Jesus at work in our world today requires spiritual discernment, just as it did during his earthly ministry.
- 12/11
-
Looking for Jesus: Confession
- Pastor Scott Austin
-
Listen
One of the hardest truths to accept is that we are complicit in the brokenness of the world. But confession sets us free because it is a form of truth-speaking and because it humbles us, truly preparing us for the work of God in our lives.

Christmas Eve Celebration

Listen
At 4pm on Christmas Eve, we will gather to celebrate the birth of Jesus in joyful worship: Christmas hymns led by a full band, candlelight, a homily, and Communion. All are welcome, including family and neighborhood visitors! (Note there will be no Sunday morning service on Christmas Day.)
