#ROCforRefugees World Refugee Day

Join the Social Justice Team at a community-wide event, co-hosted by Refuge Rochester, Roc for Refugees and multiple other agencies that serve the refugee communities of Rochester.

#ROCforRefugees will be held at Rochester International Academy, 1 Edgerton Park, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

It will feature music and dance from a variety of Asian, Middle Eastern and African cultures, food tastings from local ethnic restaurants, face painting, henna, games for kids as well as presentation of some significant community awards. There will even be a ‘friendly’ soccer match between East Africa and West Africa!
