Healthy Communication Workshop

Join local counselor Susanna Guarino for a free workshop on healthy communication. This will be a fun, interactive experience that builds communication skills using lively activities, role-playing, and more. Snacks and coffee will be provided.

Open to all, regardless of relationship status. Bring a partner, bring a friend, or come by yourself. After all, everyone needs to communicate well in relationship to others!

Susanna Guarino, LMHC, is a therapist in private practice who helps couples and individuals struggling with conflict in their relationships to go from frustrated and at odds to calm and connected. She has a MS in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College and taught healthy relationship workshops full-time for three years while working at Catholic Charities of Wayne County before moving into private practice.
