Transitioning Over the Summer

After months of prayer & discernment, your pastors proposed a brand-new pastoral structure for Artisan Church. With the full support of the Leadership Team and the unanimous vote of the Artisan members, we now enter an exciting new season with Scott as our primary Pastor, Mike as Associate Pastor, and Jason pursuing a great opportunity within the ECC denomination!

With the strong desire to create an effective leadership structure for the future mission of Artisan Church, we’re moving from the “co-pastors model” (which has served us well for our first five years) and affirming the role of a primary vision-caster and pastoral leader.

New Pastoral Structure with Pastors Scott & Mike:

Artisan Pastor: Scott Austin (full-time, expanded role)
Associate Pastor: Mike Muscarella (part-time, similar to now)
